I began my practice with the goal of creating a medical headquarters for my patients. My clinic has accomplished its mission to become the second largest family care clinic in Houston serving a mostly Medicaid immigrant and refugee population.

I am in charge of my sister-in-law's care because she has special needs. After taking her for her first visit to Dr. Farizani, I was quite pleased by the time spent with the doctor and her thoroughness in the exam.
